Are ASTEROIDS really dangerous?

Just ask the dinosaurs!
They'll tell you all about that. Wait, WHERE are the dinosaurs? 

THEY WERE ALL KILLED BY AN ASTEROID!

Most asteroids are small, but some asteroids are as big as dwarf planets. The biggest one in the Asteroid Belt is called Vesta.



They can be composed of Clay, Stone, or Metal. Some metal is very precious on Earth, so there are plans to actually go to asteroids and extract that metal! 



Are there only Asteroids in the Asteroid Belt?
